I would like to express my sincere thanks for your excellent customer service during my husband's eye surgery issues.  You were very prompt and helpful during a very trying time in our lives.

By the time we reached the hospital, it was after 5:00 pm. Luckily, I was able to reach Larry Burnett & Associates and make arrangements to have a face down chair delivered to our home the next day. I was extremely upset at the time and Mr. Luke was calm, informative, and spent a great deal of time helping me. I was afraid I wouldn't be able to afford the equipment but was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable price.

I called the company back when Phil was in surgery, after 7:00 pm and spoke, at length, with Mr. Luke about what to expect as my husband was recovering and what I could do to make him more comfortable. Again, he was a calming presence and spent at least 30 minutes answering my questions and assuring me.

The chair had arrived at our home when we returned from the office appointment the day after surgery. I called Mr. Luke to tell him we had received the chair and what a relief it was to my husband to have a chair that kept him in the face down position. The chair came with an instructional video and I realized my husband needed additional equipment for sleeping face down. Once again, Mr. Luke took care of me and the face support arrived the next day.

I am so grateful to Larry Burnett & Associates. Phil had the equipment he needed for his recovery, I had the help and support to assist him in his recovery, and we both had the peace of mind that we could contact them at any time for assistance.

I give Larry Burnett & Associates my highest recommendation and hope your staff will inform other people who need to have face down recovery that Larry Burnett and Norm Luke will give them personalized attention and see to all their equipment needs.
